The Firm

Ofer Vexler CPA  and Capital Advisors established in 2003 as accounting firm;

Since 2006, the firm activity include debt and equity advise, capital raising and corporate finance.  Our professionals are accredited advisors of European Bank Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), European Investment Bank (EIB), International Finance Company (IFC), World Bank  and EU Program Horizon 2020;

The firm provides to customer the traditional CPA service like in audit, tax and accounting service  as well special service like valuation, due diligence, equity and debt raising, M&A advise  and assistance in R&D grants receiving;

Since 2013, the firm is a member in corporate finance network CFIE.

Since 2017 the firm served as European Commission expert  in H2020 and EIC programs.

The founder

Ofer Vexler is Certified Public Accountant (CPA), former employee of BDO and Barlev Ass.

Ofer has M.B.A degree of London University, Harvard program alumnus, senior advisor of EBRD, approved expert of Horizon 2020, expert in Climate Finance certified by World Bank.

Author of several publications and educative manuals related to audit, financial analysis, business and technology valuation.

Advisor of global energy companies, investment groups and financial institutions.

Expert in corporate finance, M&A and capital raising with rich proven record.

Member in professional clubs and organizations: Cambridge club, Harvard Business School Club of NY, API, ACFE  etc.
